Audio Services for the creative industry in the heart of Brooklyn, NY
RUMBLE is an audio post facility run by sound designer and re-recording mixer Ryan Billia.
Be it an independent film, web-series, or art installation, professional audio is what can make a good project great. In audio post, there is a gap between large multi-room facilities and small home studios. RUMBLE thrives in the space between these two ends of the spectrum.
Experimentation is an essential part of the creative process. Due to budget constraints, independent filmmakers and new media artists rarely have the opportunity to truly delve into the many possibilities offered by audio post. We don’t simply “get the job done,” we work closely with clients to help them achieve the auditory experience that fully completes their vision.
Our studio comprises: Brooklyn’s first Dolby Approved main mixing stage with 7.1 Meyer Acheron EXP monitoring system – one of only three Meyer rooms in NYC and the only one in Brooklyn, an edit/sound design suite, an ADR/Foley stage, and a lounge. This configuration allows us to work on multiple projects simultaneously and offer all audio services needed for any project that comes through our door.
The final audio stage of your film, show, or spot. Starting with the dialogue edit and ending with the re-recording mix (and lots in between), we will combine all elements of your project into a seamless and dynamic audio experience. Stereo, 5.1, 7.1, Dolby encoding: we can do it all.
Need Narration or VO recorded? Does your production audio have issues and need to be supplemented with ADR? We do all that along with almost any other type of audio recording. Source Connect available as well.
All aspects of sound design available: massive library of SFX for sound editing, foley pit for original sound recording, location recorder to capture sounds outside of the studio or for use in production, and synths and processing galore for those other-worldly sounds.
